These terms apply when you use mycampusmerch.com or buy from us. MyCampusMerch is run by CMV Holdings LLC, a Georgia company in Athens, GA (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the full total before you pay, including shipping or the drop-off fee and Georgia sales tax.
• Your order is confirmed once PayPal approves the payment and we email you a confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do. That includes orders with an obvious pricing mistake, suspected fraud, or artwork we won't print.
• Every item is pressed to order. Colors on your screen can look slightly different from the printed button or sticker.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our shipping & returns page covers turnaround times, delivery, cancellations, defects and refunds. It is part of these terms.

Custom artwork

When you upload artwork for a custom order, you confirm that:

• you own the artwork or have permission to print it, including any logos, Greek letters, school marks, photos or characters in it; and
• it isn't unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to copy and print it to fill your order, and to keep a copy for reorders. We won't show your custom design publicly without asking you first. We can refuse any artwork, for example if it uses someone else's trademark without a license, and will refund you if we do. If someone makes a claim against us because of artwork you uploaded, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

Our designs and trademarks

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or to the organizations that license them to us. You can buy and use our products. You can't copy our designs to make or sell your own products. University names, team marks, and sorority and fraternity names and letters belong to their owners. Some are used under license, and their appearance here doesn't mean those organizations endorse us. To resell our products, apply through our wholesale page.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. Give us accurate contact and shipping details. We can close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no automated scraping or bulk ordering by script, and no false or someone else's payment information.

Disclaimers and liability

Apart from what our shipping & returns page promises, the site and our products are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Buttons have pin backs and small parts, so keep them away from young children. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that you have by law and that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, unless it belongs in small claims court. Please email us first. Most problems are fixed by a re-press.

Changes and contact
