Help, For everyone
Accessibility
Last updated September 28, 2026
We want everyone to be able to shop MyCampusMerch, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or voice control.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The things we check for are text contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, labels on form fields, alt text on photos and touch targets big enough to tap. We run an automated checker (axe) over the main shopping pages and try them with a keyboard.
Anything you can do by dragging or pinching also has buttons. On the custom button page, buttons and the arrow and plus and minus keys move, zoom and reset your artwork. On a phone the photo strip on the home page scrolls with the arrow keys once you tab to it.
We haven't had an outside audit, and we don't claim the whole site fully meets the standard. Some parts may still fall short, and we fix them as we find them.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, email orders@mycampusmerch.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you can, the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. A person reads every email.
If a problem is stopping you from ordering, say so and we'll help you place the order another way.
